Starting in October, RESOURCE brokers have been attending workshops on a regular basis to maintain knowledge on the ever-changing commercial real estate landscape. To set our brokers up for their best revenue year yet in 2020, workshop topics include:

  • Development of property summary cards.
  • Saving surveys with alerts.
  • Conducting efficient property searches.

On Friday, RESOURCE brokers attended a CoStar Group training, learning how to better utilize the software to serve our clients. Increasing our team’s skills in this area allows the brokers to find more potential properties, create reports, and better track new listings in the area.

RESOURCE continues to make it a priority to be the leading experts in Indiana commercial real estate, and we do that through the continual education and development of our brokers. Even brokers who have been working in this field for over 30 years can learn something to excel in meeting clients’ needs and wants.
