Sam is Chairman and a Co-founder of RESOURCE and leads the Company Training and Occupier Services. Sam handles sensitive renewal negotiations, achieving multi-million dollar client occupancy cost savings. He conducts national site searches, prepares sophisticated financial analysis, assembles and manages teams of consultants, evaluated alternatives and negotiated significant economic development incentives. Sam uses proven processes, superior market knowledge, strong negotiation skills to help clients achieve below market and flexible lease/purchase terms and attractive, functional and efficient space that enhance employee productivity and shareholder value.
Sam has also managed over 90 school projects totaling over 2 million SF. His client list is a Who’s Who of Indiana’s largest and most successful firms. His extensive experience includes over 40 complicated build-to-suits totaling over 5 million square feet and over 5 million SF of multi-market corporate services experience on over 400 projects, from Boston to LA to Seattle and even internationally. Sam also has substantial Corporate Disposition experience and uses a proven accelerated marketing program to help clients optimize their dispositions values.
Sam enjoys keeping up with the Indianapolis sports scene by watching or going to as many Colts and Pacers games as possible. He also enjoys college basketball and football, or playing basketball and tennis as he finds time. He also enjoys playing poker, watching action, thrillers and sci-fi movies.
Chris is uniquely qualified with a background in agriculture and understanding the culture and goals of various clients from multiple industries.
Chris’ greatest accomplishment is graduating from Purdue University’s College of Technology as well as earning a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Purdue University. Working as a production manager at a farm while he was attending Purdue allowed Chris to learn effective time management skills. It also provided Chris with many great learning experiences, farmer interactions and long work days (which he enjoyed). In addition to working as a production manager at a farm, Chris also held the position as House Operations Manager which was very beneficial. The position was beneficial because his house was in a transition period of relocating to a new fraternity house. This experience allowed him to interact frequently with the contractor during various steps of the building process as well as post construction property management.
Chris is passionate about music, farming and Real Estate. He also enjoys playing his guitar, spending time with family and friends as well as working outside on various projects.

From tenant representation to site selection, Cooper builds a customized team around each client to help solve their problems and meet their goals. He specializes in working with new tech companies looking to grow in Indiana. Using his background in private equity, he is able to get insight into the startup market and help clients connect with buyers, sellers and investors. Cooper’s goal is to grow with each company rather than being “just a broker.”
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Cooper was Vice President of Sales for an electronic vapor company where he facilitated meetings to promote distribution networks to hundreds of retail locations throughout Indiana. Previously, as a Principal at L3 Investments, Cooper analyzed and reviewed over 1,000 business plans, looking for opportunities that would be beneficial for the company. Working closely with his team, Cooper successfully invested in 20 different projects, generating an average ROI of 30 percent.
Cooper loves helping other people do their best, whether it is inside or outside of work. He hopes to one day have a family and be a field expert in Indianapolis. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and discovering new places. Cooper enjoys playing on the company softball and kickball teams. He also loves to travel, especially to Hawaii because of the gorgeous scenery and the laid back atmosphere. Cooper loves Indianapolis and getting involved in charities and community events. Despite liking all kinds of food, his favorite place to go to is The Eagle in Indianapolis.
Dustin focuses on tenant and landlord representation and site selection consulting for large industrial occupiers and owners. He employs comprehensive financial analysis skills and ensures a thorough understanding of his client’s objectives in his continuous effort to improve project efficiency. He prides himself in unmatched responsiveness and passion for negotiating, has proved very beneficial for his clients, their employees and their shareholders.
Throughout Dustin’s career, he has enjoyed completing projects ranging from a 400+ property portfolio consolidation to a 1.1 million SF warehouse to a 1,100 SF flex space. A series of eye opening discoveries about how companies end up choosing a location led him from a demographic analysis position to leading large site selection projects. Dustin comes from a global site selection background. Setting a goal of helping his hometown and playing a major role in bringing more than $200m in investment and 1,000 jobs. Having worked on such a wide variety of projects and also coming from a Site Selection Consulting background, Dustin is well versed in the many complexities of a commercial real estate project, large and small. Dustin received his Bachelor Degree in Finance and Geographic Information Systems from Ball State University
Specializing in office brokerage, Jeff enjoys connecting the dots and looking for unique solutions to provide the best opportunity for all of his clients. He helps his clients find new office space, lease the space they have or sell off their buildings. Jeff handles negotiation, marketing properties and keeping his clients informed with the latest market data. As an executive committee member Jeff helps direct RESOURCE into the future, working to make it the best it can be.
Jeff’s thirty two year work history is comprised of assembling people to develop, deliver and maintain business solutions. As President of a regional commercial travel management business, Jeff was responsible for nurturing internal and external relationships while overseeing technology investment and implementation. Entering the commercial real estate business in 2007, Jeff’s experience had prepared him for the challenges ahead. Now eight years into his second career, Jeff offers his clients significant value by virtue of his broad business background and ownership viewpoint. Jeff attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN where he attended the School of Public and Environmental Affairs
On his free time Jeff likes to bike and spend time with his family.
Joe holds 29 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, 11 of those years being with RESOURCE. With a focus on the retail market, he enjoys the daily challenge of putting difficult deals together. Joe helps tenants, buyers and owners through the entire real estate process. Prompt return of phone calls and emails make the process easier.
Joe Tarpey began his career in commercial real estate in 1988 with Coldwell Banker. His responsibilities included retail property leasing. In 1991, Joe joined A.H.M. Graves Commercial Real Estate Group where he established himself in the retail real estate leasing industry. Joe remained at Graves for 15 years, eventually serving as Vice President. He has represented many large tenants through the years where he specialized in listing and marketing retail land and commercial buildings for property owners. Joe graduated from University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Joe has been a lifelong basketball fan, he played on a CYO team when he was young and continues to play whenever he can or follows the Golden State Warriors and the Indiana Pacers. He spends most of his time outside of work enjoying the outdoors either doing physical exercise like riding his bike or doing yard work. Joe enjoys living in the Broad Ripple area and spending time on the Monon.
Joshua specializes in office tenant representation where he represent clients looking to divest assets or he helps investors make financial decisions concerning real estate. Joshua provides project and transactional management for both local and multinational occupiers of commercial real estate. Joshua loves meeting new people and creating relationships that last a lifetime. He lives by a motto he took from a previous job "Service Beyond Reason" and he strives to apply that principle everyday.
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Joshua was a Technology Consultant at Sondhi Solutions in Indianapolis. In this role, he provided technical expertise to Marion County's government agencies and their clients. He grew up in the real estate world but spent his first two years out of college learning the ins-and-outs of technology. In addition to technical support, he implemented an update of Marion County's hardware and software technologies. Joshua received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Informatics and minors in both Business and Spanish from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
Outside of work you can find him golfing, skiing and spending time with family. If he could be doing anything he loves trying new foods at new restaurants or watching Saving Private Ryan for the 1,000th time.
In her current role at RESOURCE, June has applied her extensive experience working with clients across a variety of industries for tenant representation project management construction projects, working closely with third party vendors to successfully achieve stakeholder’s expectations and deliverables. She skillfully managed 24 projects for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in 2018. June has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in project management and corporate services for client’s real estate portfolios.
Prior to RESOURCE, June most recently provided professional services as part of a Global Occupier Services Division, managing clients’ tenant representation for global and national commercial real estate portfolio accounts. As part of an internal team, June developed and tested IT infrastructure databases and website portals. She also implemented designated databases which included best practices methodology and workflow process standardization. She provided ongoing management/upgrades for tracking global and national portfolio commercial real estate accounts and various report/presentation types for E2E consistency. In addition, June developed standardized performance metrics, financials and various reporting formats for online and manual utilization.
Once she finally goes home at 8pm on a Friday, June likes reading all kinds of books, spending time outdoors bike riding or taking walks and being with her family (especially her 2 grandkids).
Kara provides clients with not only brokerage services but the project management and facility management services, giving her clients one point of contact who knows all of their needs both big and small—allowing clients to focus on what they do best, their own jobs. Kara specializes in large-scale portfolios and currently represents the State of Indiana in its leasing efforts, build-to-suits and any other real estate needs. The State of Indiana—leased portfolio is approximately 2.4 million square feet, including over 800 leases throughout the state. Kara is a member of the Executive Committee and a Principal at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, where she helps build the culture, expand operations and provide better services for all of our clientele.
Kara has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 13 years. She began as a part of support staff as an administrator to other brokers and transitioned into brokerage. She now serves as the Director of Government Services at RESOURCE. Kara attended Indiana University, where she received her Bachelors of Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Bloomington, Indiana.
If she's not traveling all over the state of Indiana, she likes swimming in her pool, OrangeTheory Fitness, boating on Geist or spending time with her nephew. Kara loves supporting and engaging in community outreach with children, one of the ways she does that is as a board member of Jameson Camp where over 7,000 young students and campers develop self-respect, confidence, respect for others and the world around us. They rely on community support and facility rentals to help children—–who normally would not have the ability to attend camp—–have the opportunity to do so.
Kevin focuses on corporate services, tenant representation, investment sales and landlord representation. While he thoroughly knows the Central Indiana market, he also has experience in completing real estate transactions across the country, having worked with national, regional and local clients.
Kevin joined RESOURCE in 2006 with his father Paul Dick and his mother Teri Dick, together making up the Paul Dick Team. Kevin always works as part of a team, and he uses a detailed process, technology and in-depth market knowledge to successfully complete projects, whether that is finding savings for a real estate user or driving activity and adding value to an investor's assets. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Anderson University.
His passion is for his community and for his church; he likes the opportunity to renovate and revitalize the city by providing economic stability through jobs as well as the real estate growth. He strives to be a good neighbor, helping others and being fair, honest and upright. He has lived here his whole life and wants to continue to contribute to this city's growth for many years to come.
Kim has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in asset management, tenant and landlord representation as well as investment sales.
Throughout her career, Kim has advised institutional clients, REITs and developers in the areas of asset management, landlord and tenant representation and disposition and financing services. Prior to moving into a brokerage role, Kim spent 13 years as a Principal and Vice President with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, increasing the Indianapolis management portfolio from 5 MSF to 31 MSF during her tenure. During the past 8 years, Kim has represented a number of well-known clients including Bentall Kennedy, Pace Properties, Hill-Rom Company, Huntington National Bank and Progressive Insurance. In addition to providing real estate solutions for both landlords and tenants, Kim and her team have completed more than $1B in investment transactions.
Outside of work, Kim tries to visit her children and grandkids as much as possible. She enjoys cutting the grass, having parties and entertaining people at her 13 acre property in Pendleton, IN.
Melissa excels in Office, Medical and Industrial with vast expertise in the following areas: buying, leasing, assemblage, investment sales and national tenant consultation. Melissa also has experience with Project Leasing for institutionally owned portfolios. In addition to her brokerage responsibilities, Melissa specializes in creating detailed analysis and research packages for clients and owners. Melissa offers real-time market data allowing her clients to make intelligent, fact driven decisions.
Expanding well over a decade in B2B sales from business services and digital solutions, pharmaceutical sales, Cosmeceuticals, to running her own division across five states, Melissa utilizes her experience to listen to the needs of her clients. She provides service that is set apart from the competition. Through her relationship building approach, she offers peace of mind for her clients and gains a quick understanding of their company culture. Melissa realizes a company is finding a business home for their employees; she methodically leads a consultative approach, aligning real estate to business needs, going above and beyond to get the transaction closed. Melissa has extensive knowledge of the sales cycle backed with plenty of experience helping business owners create a strategic plan to make their business successful. She values her clients and the relationships she’s built. Melissa is proud to play a part in the growth of their business.
Melissa moved back to the Indianapolis area in 2012 to follow her passion in commercial real estate. She loves the little-to-no traffic and affordability perks of living in Indianapolis—as well as being closer to her family. In her free time, Melissa enjoys working with nonprofits, rescuing and transporting animals, traveling and spending lots of time with her two Italian greyhounds. Michael helps his clients find investment properties and landowner clients find developers. He helps market investment properties, working with marketing, creating an offering memorandum and following each deal through to the very end. He identifies his buyer’s acquisition criteria with an on-market or off-market property that meets their needs. Mike’s mission and focus is to provide investment real estate services to customers who are owners and buyers of income-producing properties.
Michael has over 30 years of experience specializing in Investment Property Sales, including 25 years as President of M.B. Drew Company. Mike and his team have more than $1.2 Billion in investment sales, including multifamily, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial and hotel properties. Throughout his career, Mike has advised institutional clients, REITs and private investors in the areas of acquisition, disposition and financing services. He has represented or advised a number of well-known clients and customers including Pedcor, Village Green Companies, Sterling American, Inc., Travelers Insurance and Prudential Insurance Co. of America.
Michael enjoys spending time with his family, children and grandchildren. On his free time, Mike enjoys reading non-fiction books, two of his favorite books being “Happiness is an Inside Job” by John Powell, S. J. and “Slowing Down to the Speed of Life” by Richard Carlson and Joseph Bailey. He loves to travel, exercise by walking the two mile loop in his neighborhood and the treadmill at Lifetime Fitness. Michael loves his family and he’s found his best way to support his family is real estate, it’s competitive and it’s fun to communicate with capable professionals. Over the years he’s learned that he can’t make his customers buy anything, he can only give them enough information to make them want to buy something.
Mitch specializes in office tenant and landlord representation as well as representing buyers and sellers within office, retail and industrial brokerage.
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Mitch was a commercial real estate broker at a regionally-focused asset disposition service provider for nearly five years. Mitch sold many types of commercial real estate for regionally and nationally-associated secured creditors across eight states in the Midwest ranging from multi-tenant retail centers, industrial warehouse facilities, office buildings, multi-family developments, development ground, religious facilities, bowling alleys, car washes and drive-through liquor stores. Prior to that, Mitch worked in residential escrow at a title company, managed an IT consulting company, as well as was a graphics design artist for a collector car auction company. Mitch attended university at Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne and Indiana-Purdue Indianapolis.
Outside of the office, Mitch enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as attending 25-40 concerts annually, attending auto racing events, reading and trying out new restaurants in the Indianapolis area. Additionally, Mitch enjoys staying active by running and weight training, collecting vinyl records, binging on his favorite TV shows and watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films on repeat.
Nathan helps owners and tenants acquire, dispose and lease real estate assets. In addition to his expertise in the private sector, Nathan specializes in serving government agencies and municipalities including the Indiana Finance Authority, Department of Correction, Department of Natural Resources and Department of Transportation. Nathan is a licensed auctioneer providing his landlord clients an additional perspective for achieving their disposition goals. As an experienced broker, Nathan strives to earn his clients satisfaction with his attention to detail and adaptability to each situation.
A born and raised Hoosier, Nathan attended North Central High School and graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington where he earned a degree in Finance & Real Estate at the Kelley School of Business. Starting with an internship at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate and obtaining his real estate license at the age of 18, Nathan has continued to grow with the company over the last 10 years.
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys cheering on the Pacers and the Colts, indulging in local fare from Thai Taste, Jockamo's, Flaming Wood BBQ and spending times with his friends, family and pets (4 chickens, 2 cats, 1 dog).
Nicholas R. Miller is an associate broker with the Paul Dick Team. Nicholas brokers deals of multiple asset classes such as: office, retail, and flex. Mr. Miller leverages the expertise of his team to better serve business owners and investors by providing innovative solutions that allow clients to maximize their returns. Nicholas specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, tenant / buyer representation, and landlord / seller representation.
A graduate of Xavier University, Mr. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Interning with the CEO of a healthcare real estate company for three years allowed Mr. Miller to gain valuable insight into brokerage, development and property management. He surveyed hundreds of medical office buildings throughout Indiana, participated in site analyses, cold-called a vast array of submarkets, constructed property proposals for the principal investors and constructed a data-driven mapping system for thirteen submarkets. Nicholas joined RESOURCE as an Associate Broker in the summer of 2018.
Outside of work, Nicholas dedicates his time to his family, friends, and church. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, keeping up with his favorite sports teams, and giving back to his community.
Pat’s primary focus is retail – landlord representation, development and tenant representation. Pat has over 25 years of experience in the development and leasing of shopping centers ranging from neighborhood centers to power and lifestyle centers. He firmly believes “there is a butt for every seat” which translates to “no matter how challenging a center or space may be, there are buyers and tenants that are the right fit for those centers and spaces.” Pat’s expertise is finding the right fit for both the Landlords and Tenants he represents to maximize their ROI.
Pat began his real estate career in 1992 with Melvin Simon & Associates which became Simon Property Group (SPG) in 1993. He started in SPG’s Financial Operations Group and, in 1999, joined the Community/Lifestyle Center Group to lease its Indiana portfolio, along with multiple retail centers outside of the state. During his time at SPG, Pat’s leased new developments, redevelopments and improved core assets. New developments included Clay Terrace (Carmel, Indiana), Palms Crossing (McAllen, Texas), and Fairfield Town Center (Houston, Texas). Redevelopments included Royal Eagle Plaza (Coral Spring, Florida), Village Park Plaza (Westfield, Indiana) and Keystone Shoppes (Indianapolis). Pat was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2014. The Community/Lifestyle Center Group was part of SPG’s spin-off to Washington Prime Group (WPG) in the same year. In 2016, Pat joined Sandor Development where he was a Senior Leasing Representative and Director of Leasing. Pat became a proud member of the RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate team in September 2018. Over his career in real estate, Pat has seen the evolution of retail real estate and he has adapted. He believes every shopping center should be a “lifestyle center” reflecting the needs and wants of the surrounding community. While at SPG and WPG, he was responsible for greater than 2.3 million square feet of transactions and maintained occupancies at greater than 95%. Pat’s goal is not to simply fill space, but to represent the Landlord and lease space to Tenants with good business plans and the wherewithal to accomplish them. These same skills allow Pat to properly represent Landlords which translates very well in representing Tenants find the right space to maximize their business plan.
Pat enjoys spending time with his family, good food and sports. He admits he cannot sit still long enough to read books; however, he loves listening to audible books, primarily historical biographies, such as: The Wright Brothers, Team of Rivals – The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln and Einstein - His Life and Universe. Did you know Wilbur Wright was born in Indiana and is technically a Hoosier just like Pat? He also enjoys spending time tinkering in his garage and answering questions from his wife like, “What are you doing now?” His passion is giving advice to his family including gems like (while singing), “You can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you get what you need” and “You just have to be slightly smarter than the ______ (fill in the blank).”
Paul leads the four-person PaulDickTeam. We help investors buy, lease and sell office properties to build wealth. We also help tenants and user-buyers find the best available office space for their businesses. Our business model is designed to optimize service and results to our valued clients by limiting the number of client assignments we take on, specializing in a specific real estate segment and geographic market and working in concert as a team to execute our clients' strategic plans.
Paul grew up in New York. He came to Indiana after high school to attend Taylor University, where he met his future wife, Teri. During the first nineteen years of Paul’s career, he worked in the banking and credit union industry. In 2000, Paul pursued his passion and changed careers. He joined A.H.M. Graves Commercial Real Estate, which in 2005 merged in forming RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate.
Paul has been married to Teri since 1981. They have three married sons and eight wonderful grandchildren who all live close by. Paul’s passion is his Christian faith and is active in his church and neighborhood association.
Phillip focuses on sale and leasing projects for property types ranging from land, office and investment. Phillip’s experience in many areas of real estate allows him to fully understand his client’s needs and reach their end goal. His past experience working on both the landlord and tenant’s side, property development and capital markets allows him to see where value can be added in any deal. Phillip has participated in transactions reaching a combined 3,000,000+ SF, including office, flex space, land sales, retail/mixed-use, multifamily and standalone buildings. Some past and current clients have included private investors/business owners, corporate clients and government agencies.
Previously, Phillip was an analyst for the Investment Services Group of RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate. His work in this group helped shorten the timeline of transactions by quickly gathering, assessing and disseminating financial information. Prior to joining the RESOURCE team, Phillip earned hands-on experience in property management, development, business marketing and financial analysis in the central Indiana market.
Rachel represents buyers and sellers within office, industrial and retail commercial real estate transactions, as well as tenant and landlord representation. Rachel knows how critical communication is when it comes to real estate transactions, so she prides herself on her unrivaled responsiveness to her clients.
Prior to brokerage, Rachel worked with the RESOURCE state team handling property management issues, which gave her valuable knowledge about dealing with landlords and tenants and the need for responsiveness. Rachel is detail-oriented, driven and loves working with business minded individuals. Rachels interest in commercial real estate was sparked by all the efforts Indianapolis was putting in to redeveloping and rebranding the city, which caught her attention when she moved to Indianapolis. Rachel is a graduate of Indiana University Purdue University Columbus (IUPUC), where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
Rachel enjoys traveling outside of the U.S., trying new foods and learning about other cultures. After work Rachel can always be found at the gym where she loves to weight train.
Ron helps clients manage their properties, assess and evaluate their real estate needs and helps them develop a strategic plan of action. Ron specializes in office and retail asset management and landlord brokerage representation, helping tenants and landlords communicate better and ensuring both parties adhere to the lease. The main goal is to build value through the real estate by decreasing expenses. He is a member of ICSC, the premier resource for the retail real estate industry.
Ron brings over 27 years of real estate/asset management experience to his role with RESOURCE. He specifically leads the Retail Real Estate Management Services, concentrating on Landlord Representation assignments. Ron has vast experience in development, construction, leasing and property management in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining RESOURCE, Ron was a principal with a local real estate developer’s management company, overseeing a team of professionals that managed the company’s portfolio, valuing over $50 million in commercial office, industrial and retail property. Ron graduated from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management from Michigan State University.
Ron loves spending time with his grandkids. They do everything, from playing games to watching movies, to working by cleaning a room or a car. They always make a point to accomplish something productive, even building a train out of wood and pvc. Outside of work, Ron buys and sells real estate, fishes and spends time with his family, kids and grandkids. He likes spending time on the beach at one of his condos. His favorite beach is Coco Beach.
Tom specializes in helping clients buy, sell and lease properties. He enjoys commercial real estate because of the long term relationships with his clients and the opportunity to work with great people. Tom guides his clients through the transaction process start-to-finish and uncovers hidden opportunities and diverts threats. He strives to be proactive, to help his clients experience a smoother transaction process. Tom strives to live up to his motto of "making a difference in the world of Commercial Real Estate."
Tom entered the commercial real estate business in 1983 as an associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial (currently CBRE). After seven years as one of CB’s top producers, he joined his family’s 66-year-old real estate business, A.H.M. Graves Company. For the next seven years, he experienced all aspects of operating a business with over 400 sales associates and employees. In 1997, his father sold the residential division of A.H.M. Graves to their larger competitor, F.C. Tucker, and Tom maintained the commercial division for the following eight years. In 2005, Tom merged his company with additional partners to form RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys outdoor activities such as riding his bike long distances on the Monon Trail, paddleboarding and sailing. He also loves to travel and hopes to expand his travels to Europe.

Tom’s expertise includes tenant and buyer representation, ownership representation and building-to-suit projects, as well as investment analysis, acquisitions and local and national dispositions services. As Vice President in the Industrial Advisory Group at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, Tom provides his clients with in-depth market knowledge of the greater Indianapolis region.
Tom graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Prior to joining RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, Tom was an Account Executive for Towerhill Logistics, a 3PL and subsidiary of Mercer Transportation, managing and coordinating existing client accounts. After that, Tom was an Account Executive for CBS Media in Chicago. In this role, he represented some of the company's largest advertising accounts, identified prospective clients and created and implemented an effective marketing campaign that aligned with the client's business goals.
In Tom's free time, he enjoys spending time out on the golf course, running and fly fishing. Tom's enjoyment of running has him participating in the Indy Mini Marathon every year.
Ross’ specialty is providing counsel and pre-development services to buyers and sellers of raw ground and improved properties where land value may exceed value of improvements.
Ross has over 33 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining RESOURCE in 2009, Ross worked for several other commercial real estate firms including 14 years at Meridian Real Estate, three years at Duke Realty Investments and six years at Revel Companies, Inc. He received his Bachelors of Arts from Earlham College with a self-designed major in Public Relations.
On his free time, Ross can be found cycling, trying new raw and vegan cuisine, gardening or listening to jazz music.

Yumi is a problem solver specializing in strategic planning and portfolio management. Passionate about the success of her clients, Yumi creatively solves business problems with a real estate solution for office users and owners. Utilizing an analytical process with proven results and an eye for details, clients retain Yumi to mitigate risks associated with a reactive approach to real estate. She positions her clients with a concise understanding of market dynamics and the cause and effect relationship between business changes and real estate needs through quantitatively presenting the economic implications of the various real estate scenarios through cash flow analyses. Her business model is simple; provide clients with a superior level of service as if they were her only client.
Prior to joining RESOURCE in 2008, Yumi worked with the Office Advisory Services Group of CBRE in both the Chicago and Indianapolis offices. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University.
Yumi serves as a Founder and Vice President of Fundraising for Friends of Riley (F.O.R.); a young professionals’ group committed to supporting The Riley Hospital for Children through active volunteerism, fundraising and community engagement. She also serves as a board member of the Challenger Center. Yumi loves spending time with her husband, daughter and their golden doodle, Taj. She also enjoys traveling and yoga.
