Sam is Chairman and a Co-founder of RESOURCE and leads the Company Training and Occupier Services. Sam handles sensitive renewal negotiations, achieving multi-million dollar client occupancy cost savings. He conducts national site searches, prepares sophisticated financial analysis, assembles and manages teams of consultants, evaluated alternatives and negotiated significant economic development incentives. Sam uses proven processes, superior market knowledge, strong negotiation skills to help clients achieve below market and flexible lease/purchase terms and attractive, functional and efficient space that enhance employee productivity and shareholder value.
Sam has also managed over 90 school projects totaling over 2 million SF. His client list is a Who’s Who of Indiana’s largest and most successful firms. His extensive experience includes over 40 complicated build-to-suits totaling over 5 million square feet and over 5 million SF of multi-market corporate services experience on over 400 projects, from Boston to LA to Seattle and even internationally. Sam also has substantial Corporate Disposition experience and uses a proven accelerated marketing program to help clients optimize their dispositions values.
Sam enjoys keeping up with the Indianapolis sports scene by watching or going to as many Colts and Pacers games as possible. He also enjoys college basketball and football, or playing basketball and tennis as he finds time. He also enjoys playing poker, watching action, thrillers and sci-fi movies.

Specializing in office brokerage, Jeff enjoys connecting the dots and looking for unique solutions to provide the best opportunity for all of his clients. He helps his clients find new office space, lease the space they have or sell off their buildings. Jeff handles negotiation, marketing properties and keeping his clients informed with the latest market data. As an executive committee member Jeff helps direct RESOURCE into the future, working to make it the best it can be.
Jeff’s thirty two year work history is comprised of assembling people to develop, deliver and maintain business solutions. As President of a regional commercial travel management business, Jeff was responsible for nurturing internal and external relationships while overseeing technology investment and implementation. Entering the commercial real estate business in 2007, Jeff’s experience had prepared him for the challenges ahead. Now eight years into his second career, Jeff offers his clients significant value by virtue of his broad business background and ownership viewpoint. Jeff attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN where he attended the School of Public and Environmental Affairs

Tom specializes in helping clients buy, sell and lease properties. He enjoys commercial real estate because of the long term relationships with his clients and the opportunity to work with great people. Tom guides his clients through the transaction process start-to-finish and uncovers hidden opportunities and diverts threats. He strives to be proactive, to help his clients experience a smoother transaction process. Tom strives to live up to his motto of "making a difference in the world of Commercial Real Estate."
Tom entered the commercial real estate business in 1983 as an associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial (currently CBRE). After seven years as one of CB’s top producers, he joined his family’s 66-year-old real estate business, A.H.M. Graves Company. For the next seven years, he experienced all aspects of operating a business with over 400 sales associates and employees. In 1997, his father sold the residential division of A.H.M. Graves to their larger competitor, F.C. Tucker, and Tom maintained the commercial division for the following eight years. In 2005, Tom merged his company with additional partners to form RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys outdoor activities such as riding his bike long distances on the Monon Trail, paddleboarding and sailing. He also loves to travel and hopes to expand his travels to Europe.

Paul leads the four-person PaulDickTeam. We help investors buy, lease and sell office properties to build wealth. We also help tenants and user-buyers find the best available office space for their businesses. Our business model is designed to optimize service and results to our valued clients by limiting the number of client assignments we take on, specializing in a specific real estate segment and geographic market and working in concert as a team to execute our clients' strategic plans.
Paul grew up in New York. He came to Indiana after high school to attend Taylor University, where he met his future wife, Teri. During the first nineteen years of Paul’s career, he worked in the banking and credit union industry. In 2000, Paul pursued his passion and changed careers. He joined A.H.M. Graves Commercial Real Estate, which in 2005 merged in forming RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate.
Paul has been married to Teri since 1981. They have three married sons and eight wonderful grandchildren who all live close by. Paul’s passion is his Christian faith, and he is active in his church and neighborhood association.

Kevin focuses on corporate services, tenant representation, investment sales and landlord representation. While he thoroughly knows the Central Indiana market, he also has experience in completing real estate transactions across the country, having worked with national, regional and local clients.
Kevin joined RESOURCE in 2006 with his father Paul Dick and his mother Teri Dick, together making up the Paul Dick Team. Kevin always works as part of a team, and he uses a detailed process, technology and in-depth market knowledge to successfully complete projects, whether that is finding savings for a real estate user or driving activity and adding value to an investor's assets. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Anderson University.
His passion is for his community and for his church; he likes the opportunity to renovate and revitalize the city by providing economic stability through jobs as well as the real estate growth. He strives to be a good neighbor, helping others and being fair, honest and upright. He has lived here his whole life and wants to continue to contribute to this city's growth for many years to come.

Kim has more than 37 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in asset management, tenant and landlord representation as well as investment sales.
Throughout her career, Kim has advised institutional clients, REITs and developers in the areas of asset management, landlord and tenant representation and disposition and financing services. Prior to moving into a brokerage role, Kim spent 13 years as a Principal and Vice President with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, increasing the Indianapolis management portfolio from 5 MSF to 31 MSF during her tenure. During the past 8 years, Kim has represented a number of well-known clients including Bentall Kennedy, Pace Properties, Hill-Rom Company, Huntington National Bank and Progressive Insurance. In addition to providing real estate solutions for both landlords and tenants, Kim and her team have completed more than $2B in investment transactions.
Outside of work, Kim tries to visit her children and grandkids as much as possible. She enjoys cutting the grass, having parties and entertaining people at her 13 acre property in Pendleton, IN.

From tenant representation to site selection, Cooper builds a customized team around each client to help solve their problems and meet their goals. He specializes in working with new tech companies looking to grow in Indiana. Using his background in private equity, he is able to get insight into the startup market and help clients connect with buyers, sellers and investors. Cooper’s goal is to grow with each company rather than being “just a broker.”
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Cooper was Vice President of Sales for an electronic vapor company where he facilitated meetings to promote distribution networks to hundreds of retail locations throughout Indiana. Previously, as a Principal at L3 Investments, Cooper analyzed and reviewed over 1,000 business plans, looking for opportunities that would be beneficial for the company. Working closely with his team, Cooper successfully invested in 20 different projects, generating an average ROI of 30 percent.
Cooper loves helping other people do their best, whether it is inside or outside of work. He hopes to one day have a family and be a field expert in Indianapolis. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and discovering new places. Cooper enjoys playing on the company softball and kickball teams. He also loves to travel, especially to Hawaii because of the gorgeous scenery and the laid back atmosphere. Cooper loves Indianapolis and getting involved in charities and community events. Despite liking all kinds of food, his favorite place to go to is The Eagle in Indianapolis.

Mike concentrates on land acquisitions, dispositions, and investment sales for individuals, families, trusts, and developers of industrial, mixed-use, retail, multi-family and single-family communities as well as recreational, hunting, and ag ground.
Real Estate is more than hard work and dedication to Mike – it is an art form that brings both people and place together. Because of this approach, Mike is passionate about how to utilize his market knowledge for each of his clients.
Having spent 16+ years working with owners, brokers, institutions, banks and government entities on the best and most efficient way to understand market trends, leverage value, and marketing of assets, Mike is a tremendous resource and value to his clients.
Responsibilities include acquisition/disposition, negotiation, complex financial analysis, leveraging market opportunities, and new business development. Mike is recognized for providing exceptional service and representation to clients in support of their goals and strategies. Mike’s strong communication skills, diligence, in depth market knowledge and strategic approach enable him to consistently achieve the most favorable transaction terms for clients.
Michael is active with St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church participating on several councils and youth coaching. He is passionate about his family, the outdoors and outdoor activities. As an avid sportsman, he is active with many hunting and conservation groups and has owned his own recreational farm for 30 + years.

Joshua specializes in office tenant representation where he represent clients looking to divest assets or he helps investors make financial decisions concerning real estate. Joshua provides project and transactional management for both local and multinational occupiers of commercial real estate. Joshua loves meeting new people and creating relationships that last a lifetime. He lives by a motto he took from a previous job "Service Beyond Reason" and he strives to apply that principle everyday.
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Joshua was a Technology Consultant at Sondhi Solutions in Indianapolis. In this role, he provided technical expertise to Marion County's government agencies and their clients. He grew up in the real estate world but spent his first two years out of college learning the ins-and-outs of technology. In addition to technical support, he implemented an update of Marion County's hardware and software technologies. Joshua received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Informatics and minors in both Business and Spanish from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
Outside of work you can find him golfing, skiing and spending time with family. If he could be doing anything he loves trying new foods at new restaurants or watching Saving Private Ryan for the 1,000th time.

Mitch specializes in asset resolution services as well as representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords within office, retail, industrial, and land brokerage.
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Mitch was a commercial real estate broker at a regionally-focused asset disposition service provider for nearly five years. Mitch sold many types of commercial real estate for regionally- and nationally-associated secured creditors spanning eight states in the Midwest ranging from multi-tenant retail centers, industrial warehouse facilities, office buildings, multi-family developments, development ground, religious facilities, bowling alleys, car washes, filling stations, and drive-through liquor stores. Prior to that, he worked in residential escrow at a title company, managed an IT consulting company, as well as was a graphics design artist for a collector car auction company. Mitch attended university at Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne and Indiana-Purdue Indianapolis. He possesses a Managing Broker’s license in the State of Indiana and a Broker’s license in the State of Illinois.

Outside of the office, Mitch enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as attending 25-40 concerts annually, attending auto racing events, reading and trying out new restaurants in the Indianapolis area. Additionally, Mitch enjoys staying active by running and weight training, collecting vinyl records, binging on his favorite TV shows and watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films on repeat.

Nathan helps owners and tenants acquire, dispose and lease real estate assets. In addition to his expertise in the private sector, Nathan specializes in serving government agencies and municipalities including the Indiana Finance Authority, Department of Correction, Department of Natural Resources and Department of Transportation. Nathan is a licensed auctioneer providing his landlord clients an additional perspective for achieving their disposition goals. As an experienced broker, Nathan strives to earn his clients satisfaction with his attention to detail and adaptability to each situation.
A born and raised Hoosier, Nathan attended North Central High School and graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington where he earned a degree in Finance & Real Estate at the Kelley School of Business. Starting with an internship at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate and obtaining his real estate license at the age of 18, Nathan has continued to grow with the company over the last 10 years.
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys cheering on the Pacers and the Colts, indulging in local fare from Thai Taste, Jockamo's, Flaming Wood BBQ and spending times with his friends, family and pets (4 chickens, 2 cats, 1 dog).

Phillip focuses on sale and leasing projects for property types ranging from land, office and investment. Phillip’s experience in many areas of real estate allows him to fully understand his client’s needs and reach their end goal. His past experience working on both the landlord and tenant’s side, property development and capital markets allows him to see where value can be added in any deal. Phillip has participated in transactions reaching a combined 3,000,000+ SF, including office, flex space, land sales, retail/mixed-use, multifamily and standalone buildings. Some past and current clients have included private investors/business owners, corporate clients and government agencies.
Previously, Phillip was an analyst for the Investment Services Group of RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate. His work in this group helped shorten the timeline of transactions by quickly gathering, assessing and disseminating financial information. Prior to joining the RESOURCE team, Phillip earned hands-on experience in property management, development, business marketing and financial analysis in the central Indiana market.

Nicholas R. Miller is an associate broker with the Paul Dick Team. Nicholas brokers deals of multiple asset classes such as: office, retail, and flex. Mr. Miller leverages the expertise of his team to better serve business owners and investors by providing innovative solutions that allow clients to maximize their returns. Nicholas specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, tenant / buyer representation, and landlord / seller representation.
A graduate of Xavier University, Mr. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Interning with the CEO of a healthcare real estate company for three years allowed Mr. Miller to gain valuable insight into brokerage, development and property management. He surveyed hundreds of medical office buildings throughout Indiana, participated in site analyses, cold-called a vast array of submarkets, constructed property proposals for the principal investors and constructed a data-driven mapping system for thirteen submarkets. Nicholas joined RESOURCE as an Associate Broker in the summer of 2018.
Outside of work, Nicholas dedicates his time to his family, friends, and church. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, keeping up with his favorite sports teams, and giving back to his community.
