Kevin H. Adams
President & CEO
Kevin joined RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate in early 2017. He is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations as well as the strategic direction of the firm.
Principal & Chairman
Sam is a recognized leader in large tenant/buyer representation and multi-market corporate services. He has specialized in providing “best of class” tenant/buyer representation and multi-market corporate solutions for over 29 years, with over 2,500 client projects totaling over 25 million SF with sale/lease values exceeding $2.5 billion.
With over 30 years experience, Sam helps clients reduce costs and improve portfolio efficiency and flexibility. He has over 2 million SF of school/education experience, and over 5 million SF of multi-market corporate services experience on over 400 projects, from Boston to LA to Seattle, and even internationally.
Principal, Director of Property Management
David brings 37 years of hands-on real estate experience to his role as President of the Management Division and Principal of RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Committee at RESOURCE. Over the years, he has managed in excess of 13 million SF, which includes four primary product types – commercial office, industrial, medical office and retail projects.
Principal, Director of Office Services
Jeff’s thirty two year work history is comprised of assembling people to develop, deliver, and maintain business solutions. As President of a regional commercial travel management business, Jeff was responsible for nurturing internal and external relationships while overseeing technology investment and implementation. Entering the commercial real estate business in 2007, Jeff’s experience had prepared him for the challenges ahead. Now eight years into his second career, Jeff offers his clients significant value by virtue of his broad business background and ownership viewpoint.
Yumi is a problem solver specializing in tenant advisory services, strategic planning, and portfolio management. Passionate about the success of her clients, Yumi creatively solves business problems with a real estate solution for office users and owners. Her business model is simple; provide clients with a superior level of service as if they were her only client.
Principal & Director of Government Services
Kara’s primary focus is providing real estate services for the State of Indiana. She provides transaction management and project management services, including site selection, lease negotiation and lease administration. Indiana’s leased portfolio is approximately 2.4 million square feet, including over 800 leases throughout the state. Over the past five years, she has provided brokerage and project management services to multiple state agencies.
Since 1983, Tom has successfully advised his clients with their acquisitions, dispositions, and tenant representation services for their office, commercial/retail and land needs.
Tom entered the commercial real estate business in 1983 as an associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial (currently CB Richard Ellis). After seven years as one of CB’s top producers, he joined his family’s 66 year old real estate business, A.H.M. Graves Company. For the next seven years, he experience all aspects of operating a business of over 400 sales associates and employees. In 1997, his father sold the residential division of A.H.M. Graves to their largest competitor, F.C. Tucker, and he maintained the commercial division for the next eight years. In 2005 he merged the firm and took on additional partners to form RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Since the beginning, they have been representing tenants and buyers, landlords and sellers of office, retail, acreage, industrial and investment properties. They have extensive experience in servicing professional firms, insurance companies, financial services firms, bio-science/life-science, call center, data center and education sectors.
Principal & Director of Retail Services
Beth specializes in retail project leasing, development and land sale services for developers and landowners, as well as site selection for end-users. She possesses extensive experience managing shopping center leasing for new developments and existing centers. She brings personal experience, knowledge, and the most up-to-date technology through in-depth market research, in-house GIS, market analytics, and global data resources.
Senior Vice President and Director of Valuation Services
Steve leads the effort for the newly-created Valuation Services arm of RESOURCE, which includes appraisal, appraisal review, consulting, research and building our in-house comparable database. Steve’s favorite part of being in this business is being able to solve problems. There is no one-size-fits-all product that will address all of our clients’ needs. He loves being able to cater a solution to meet our clients needs, all the while providing the best work product available.
Director of Incentives and Locations Advisors
Brian heads up the RESOURCE Incentives and Location Advisors group. In this role, he assists clients with economic development services, including site and building selection, business expansion, relocation and consolidation projects. More speci cally, Brian focuses on procuring state and local incentives as well as tax credits for growing businesses.
