Brian heads up the RESOURCE Incentives and Location Advisors group. In this role, he assists clients with economic development services, including site and building selection, business expansion, relocation and consolidation projects. Brian focuses on procuring state and local incentives growing businesses. Brian builds referral relationships with professional services firms including banks, accounting firms, law firms, consulting firms and M & A companies. Brian is always looking for new federal, state, and local programs that will bring value to his clients.
Brian’s work includes site selection, expansion, consolidation, relocation and negotiation of incentive agreements for Fortune 500 to start-up businesses. Brian has successfully represented over $700 million in incentives, capital investment and nuancing projects. He received his Masters in Business Administrations from Anderson University and his bachelor of Science from Ball State University.
On his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family or watching his 3 boys compete in sports. Brian likes to read anything, he likes sport related autobiographies. His most recent read was called “The boys of summer” a book about the Brooklyn Dodgers and their path to winning the 1955 World Series. Brian likes changing break-pads on his car, fixing the lawn mower or putting his kids to work so they can hopefully learn to fix their own stuff one day.
