Justice is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of the Property Management Team, assuring a high level of professionalism when addressing property issues, including timely responses to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns. She will be assisting in bidding processes, abstracting leases, and assisting in the development of Tenant Service Packages. Justice utilizes her effective problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and effective communication to achieve desired results.
With more than 8 years of property management experience, Justice has worked on several valuable projects including the Axis in downtown Indy and The Depot at Nickel Plate in Fishers. Before joining Resource Commercial Real Estate, Justice launched her career at Flaherty & Collins Properties, as the Amenities Specialist, and acted as the liaison between the Development, Construction, and Property Management departments for all the new mixed-use developments. Some of her responsibilities were the selection, installation, and training of all new amenities and common area spaces for all residents/ tenants. In addition to working in the Property Management industry, Justice also helps her family operate their privately owned residential and commercial properties. Justice is a proud Ball State University alum where she graduated with a major in Accounting and minor in Property Management in 2011.
While being a Property Administrator is her primary job by day, Justice's real passion is being a mother to her 7-year-old son, Dean. Justice is best known for her willingness to help others and her love and devotion to her son, Dean. When she isn't busy with work, you can find Justice cooking, spending time outdoors, reading, and riding roller coasters!
