Michael is an expert in Industrial & Office Sales and Leasing, market information analysis, landlord and tenant representation and investment and owner/occupier sales. He spent 15 years with Costar Group-LoopNet prior to joining Resource Commercial. During his time at Costar Group, Mike was developing a Midwest Sales Team and growing Costar’s presence. During this period, he worked with Owners, Brokers, and Investors on how to leverage data and market trends in their day to day business and investment decisions as well as how to utilize this same data to maximize occupancy. Additionally, utilizing this same data, he worked with clients on how to market listings most efficiently for maximum returns. Mike has established a reputation as results-oriented and continues to focus on providing reliable value to his real estate brokerage and consulting clients
Michael was recognized by Costar with the Management and Leadership Award in 2013 at their National Sales Conference for having led the team to 100% growth over the prior two years. Mike is recognized for providing exceptional service and representation to clients in support of their business goals and operating strategies. Mike’s strong communication skills, diligence, in depth market knowledge and strategic approach enable him to consistently achieve the most favorable transaction terms for clients. He went to college at the University of Alabama-Huntsville and IUPUI.
Michael is active with St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church participating on several councils and youth coaching. He is passionate about his family, the outdoors, and wine. He enjoys dinners with his wife, walking the dogs, and attending activities that his children are participating in. He has enjoyed seeing the transformation of Indianapolis since the 80's, especially how downtown Carmel has transformed. He really, really, loves roundabouts!
